Terms

The service

We provide two services. Website Starter at £59/month is a managed website. Managed Growth System at £300/month adds missed-call follow-up, enquiry response, a lead pipeline, review requests and monthly reporting. What each includes is listed on its own page.

Payment and cancellation

• There is no setup fee and nothing to pay upfront.
• Payment is monthly in advance, taken by Stripe from the date you sign up.
• You can cancel at any time from your first invoice onwards. There is no notice period and no exit fee.
• Cancelling stops the next payment. We don't refund part-months, and the service runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

What you own

You own your domain and your content. If you cancel, we'll transfer the domain to you and provide an export of your site content at no charge. The underlying templates, code and systems we use to build and run the site remain ours.

What we need from you

The five-working-day build starts when we have everything we've asked for — your services, areas, contact details, hours and any photos. If those arrive in pieces, the clock starts when the last piece does.

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you give us, including any qualifications, accreditations, guarantees or insurance you want stated on the site.

What we don't guarantee

• Rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.Nobody can honestly guarantee these. Search visibility develops over time and depends on competition, your domain history, your Google Business Profile and factors outside anyone's control.
• A fixed number of pages.We build pages for services you genuinely offer in areas you genuinely cover. We won't pad a site to reach a number.

Where we do give a guarantee, it covers delivery — something within our control. For founding Managed Growth System clients: if the system is not live and working as demonstrated within ten working days of receiving everything required, the first month is free.

Ongoing changes

“Reasonable ongoing changes” means content edits — new services, new areas, new photos, updated prices, corrections. It does not mean unlimited redesigns, rebrands, or building new tools. If something falls outside that, we'll tell you before doing it and quote separately.

Acceptable use

We won't publish claims we know to be untrue, including qualifications or accreditations you don't hold. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or would put either of us at risk.

Liability

We don't limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. How we handle your data is set out in our privacy notice.
